Delivery times

Cairo & Giza: same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM, next day otherwise.
Alexandria & Delta governorates: 1 to 2 working days.
Upper Egypt, Canal cities and remaining governorates: 2 to 4 working days.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders over EGP 2,500.
Cairo & Giza: EGP 50.
Other governorates: EGP 75 to EGP 110 depending on the address.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery, by credit or debit card, or through a mobile wallet at checkout.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your order is packed, and a call from the courier before delivery. Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
