Returns & Exchange Policy

Your right to return

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging with the invoice.

Items we cannot take back

For health and safety reasons, and in line with Egyptian pharmacy regulations, the following cannot be returned once the seal is broken:

Medicines and any product requiring refrigeration
Opened cosmetics, skin care and personal hygiene products
Baby milk and feeding products once opened
Opened perfumes

Damaged, expired or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How refunds are issued

Card and wallet payments are refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet transfer.
